Terms of Service
In plain terms. This page sets out how Trackhound may be used and the commitments on both sides. It can be supplemented by a bespoke written agreement with your organisation.
The service
Trackhound is campaign-intelligence software for theatre producers, marketers, and venues. Access is per-organisation. Trackhound Limited grants your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own productions and campaigns.
Acceptable use
You may use Trackhound to analyse your own campaign and sales data, query the intelligence layer on your own productions, and generate forecasts and attribution reports for your organisation's internal use.
You may not use Trackhound to process data belonging to a third party without that party's consent, reverse-engineer the service, or attempt to extract data belonging to other organisations.
Forecasts and outputs
Forecasts (weather, sales, attribution) are predictions, not statements of fact. Trackhound outputs are analytical aids; commercial decisions remain yours. Trackhound Limited accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of forecasts or recommendations generated by the service.
Data and intellectual property
You own your data. Trackhound processes it to provide the service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your organisation's data, productions, campaigns, or outputs derived exclusively from your data.
Trackhound's software, models, and benchmarking layer remain the property of Trackhound Limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
