Campaign intelligence for theatre

About Trackhound

Who we are

Trackhound Limited is a UK company building campaign-intelligence software for the professional theatre industry. We work with producers, marketers, and venues.

We are not an advertising agency, a media buyer, or a creative studio. We do not generate ad copy, imagery, or marketing text. Trackhound is an analytical tool: it predicts, it attributes, it detects, and it recommends. The creative decisions stay entirely with you.

What Trackhound does

Predicts

It works out where your run is likely to land and how confident it is, updated every day as new sales come in. It learns the shape from shows that sold like yours, and it will always tell you which shows those were.

Attributes

It connects your advertising spend across channels, including Facebook and Instagram, to the tickets it actually sold. This is real analysis of your sales, not a pixel count, and every figure traces back to the data behind it.

Detects

It watches your daily sales for sharp drops, unexpected spikes and stalls. Outside factors like weather, transport disruption and press coverage are tested as possible explanations, so you understand why something happened, not just that it happened.

Recommends

Observations surface as clear prompts, ranked by urgency, each with the evidence behind it. We never prescribe creative decisions. We protect your autonomy: explain why, suggest options, then step back.

The three guides

Trackhound is designed around three role-based intelligence guides. Your role determines which guide you see. One codebase, one database; the guide changes the voice and the view, not the underlying analysis.

Independents
Cooper

For people working with venues, without access to their systems. Upload the sales charts you're given and Cooper forecasts each run, attributes your campaigns, and tells you where the next pound works hardest.

Venues
Sebastian

For venues producing work. Plugs straight into your ticketing API, like Spektrix or Tessitura, for season-wide coverage: demand broken down by price band, season-level sales analysis, and venue-level monitoring of the factors that shift a house.

Amateur dramatics
Minnie

For am-dram groups running without a marketing department. Connects to TicketSource and the tools you already use, keeping the full depth of the analysis while giving it back to you as plain, jargon-free guidance you can act on.
